QSA Sdn Bhd, established in 1984 as QSA Management Services Sdn Bhd, has a rich history intertwined with QS Associates, its sister firm and a respected quantity surveying practice. Its activities then revolved around investment and providing management services, primarily to QS Associates.
In response to industry expectations for the corporatization of consulting quantity surveyors, QSA Management Services Sdn Bhd underwent a strategic transformation involving a change in company name to QSA Sdn Bhd on 6th November 2019. This was then followed by a shift in leadership on 10th June 2020 which saw the resignation of Sr. Nik Sufian Zain and Pn. Sumirah Ahmad, and the appointment of Sr. Mizai Yusri Zainudin and Sr. Nik Zalini Ismail as new directors.
On 25th April 2021, QSA Sdn Bhd was granted a permit to practise as Consultant Quantity Surveyors by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia, marking the official beginning of its journey in this capacity with plans to migrate all operations from QS Associates to QSA Sdn Bhd in the near future.
Until the complete migration from QS Associates to QSA Sdn Bhd is realized, both entities will continue to share resources and collaborate across all areas of quantity surveying, leveraging their combined expertise and experience, as showcased on this Website.
